From Kelliher stay on Hwy 72 going north
towards Waskish/Baudette/Canada! I set my odometer on
the north edge of Kelliher. It is approximately 11.5
miles to where you will turn LEFT on Sunny Beach Rd NE
or county 111--sign says 111 to the left/110 to the
right. It is after mile marker 31 but almost to marker
32. Also it is about 2.1 miles AFTER Artesion Spring RD
to Shotley (cty 23). You will see several signs for that
road but just go on past! Once you take a left on Sunny
Beach Road you just keep going straight towards the
lake. It is approximately 2 miles but a good gravel
road. Just before you hit the lake there is a road to
your right that says Unger Ridge Rd NE and you turn
right there and then left into our lake lot about 2-3
lots in.....51077 is the blue fire number (51071 is also
with it). Go to your right once you turn in......you'll
see NO TRESPASSING signs but ignore those!! We have not
opened our lot to public access.....just for our
customers. Matt will meet you there to take you out to
your houses. We have a gray shed with white door facing
the road...and there is a camper trailer in the lot
also.
